The pedal doesn´t accept tap tempo input in "off" mode, which is a stupid thing. The second thing seems a bit harder, and I don´t know how to fix this: If you feel that more gain than 6dB is required, come back for further instructions. Current value for R6 is 1.2K = 1dB of gainįor more than 6dB of extra gain, I would recommend removing the board and changing both R5 and R6.The following new values for R6 will give the amount of gain listed: Do not mistake this e-mail for authorization to modify Shape Shifters. Note that we will not honor warranty on any units that have been modified. It might be better for non-expert solderers to go ahead and take the board out. It can be reached without removing the board from the chassis, but it is tight. This is a surface mount part and requires skill to change. The easiest way to do this without removing the board from the chassis would be to change the value of R6. ![]() The first one is that the volume needs to be increased a bit when the pedal is engaged and I´ve gathered info on how to go about that (Don´t know how hard it will be to work with these surface mounted stuff though.) I have 2 issues that needs to be fixed in my Seymour Duncan Shape Shifter Tremolo.
